1. How can I buy the products?

You can shop worldwide through secure Paypal payments or Credit/Debit Cards. All our products are digital downloads. They are available for downloading immediately after purchase. After you complete the payment you will immediately have the option to download the product(s) from the final purchase page and you will also receive a download email instantly.

2. Why i still haven’t received download link?

After purchase, your browser redirect to the download page such as bellow:

Also, check your e-mail, you must get mail called “Invoice for order # on cuttingroomfx” from “info@cuttingroomfx.com” there you will find download link such as bellow:

If You can’t find this mail check your spam folder…

Alternatively you can login to your account and download the products.

3. The message “Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file”

It showed up because you clicked twice or above and not once, the download link! Contact us for support!

4. Can I get a refund?

Due to the fact that we sell digital goods, we operate no refunds policy. However, we provide full pre / after sale support and will be happy to find solution to any possible questions that you may have. So get back to us at info@cuttingroomfx.com with any questions / suggestions. However, under some cases (e.g., duplicate order), we will consider issuing refunds and shall do so at our reasonable discretion.

5. How does your license agreement work?

The License include:
Free or commercial, monetized or not, for-profit or not-for-profit – you can create as many End Products as you like!
What you can’t do with our products:
You may not upload the Products to websites, torrents, portals etc. for download.
You may not sell, transfer, or sublease the Products to any other party.
You may not resell the Products by themself or as part of a package except as embodied within your own Project or your clients Project.

6. How to apply a coupon code to my order?

a. First go to checkout page and login to your account with your credentials
b. Select “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code”
c. Paste the code into the box then click “Apply Coupon”
d. In the area above you will see your estimated total with the discount applied. You can proceed with your order.
